We do not store complete payment details. Data is transmitted securely, and we only receive a token to identify transactions, minimising unauthorised access risks.

2. Access to Recordings

Currently, access to recordings is provided without an end date. However, please note that our processes are subject to change, and we reserve the right to reduce the term of access. Any changes will be communicated to users in advance.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We have a no refunds policy for tickets purchased for our online events and access to interview recordings.
If you experience any technical issues that prevent you from accessing the event or recordings, please email
contact@mindinmind.org.uk within 14 days of your purchase, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

By purchasing tickets or accessing our content, you agree to our refund and cancellation policy.

4. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Any data collected during your use of our website, including but not limited to personal information and browsing history, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your data with any third parties outside of our company without your consent, except as required by law.
